Fair question.
Thom, our founder, is a priest serving in a parish, with a master's in theology and years of nonprofit work behind him. And he kept noticing that churches wrestle with a lot of the same stuff the companies he worked for did. How do people find us? What happens when they show up? Why do some stay and others drift off? Who's doing all this work, and are they burnt out?
The answers look different in a parish than they do at a SaaS company, and we treat them differently. But the work underneath is pretty similar, and honestly, each side has made us better at the other.
