Helping churches grow, get organized, and tell their story.
We love the Church. We also know most parishes run on a small staff, a handful of faithful volunteers, and a website someone's nephew built in 2014. We help with the practical stuff: getting found, welcoming newcomers, organizing your people, raising money, and communicating clearly.
Most of our church work falls into one of these
Growth
Helping new people find you, and helping them stick around once they do.
- Newcomer welcome and follow-up
- Local search, Google Business Profile, and online giving
- Clear next steps from first visit to membership and service
- Simple ways to track attendance, giving, and engagement
Organization
Roles, structures, and volunteer systems that free up your clergy for ministry.
- Staff roles, vestry or parish council structure, and decision-making
- Volunteer recruiting, training, and scheduling
- A strategic plan your leadership will actually use
- Tools and processes that work for a small staff
Communications and brand
A website, brand, and communications that actually sound like your parish.
- Website strategy, copy, and design
- Brand identity, voice, and visual guidelines
- Newsletters, bulletins, social media, and seasonal campaigns
- A communications calendar built around the church year
Fundraising and stewardship
Raising the money your mission needs, without making it awkward.
- Annual stewardship and giving campaigns
- Capital campaigns, from feasibility to the final ask
- Fundraising events and galas
- Donor communications and follow-up
We've done a lot of fundraising
Alongside the tech work, Thom has spent years in nonprofit fundraising, managing events, annual campaigns, and capital campaigns.
Stretch your budget with free and discounted tools
A lot of big tech companies offer free or heavily discounted tools to nonprofits, but the applications and setup can be a real headache. We'll figure out what your church qualifies for, apply with you, and get everything set up.
Eligibility varies by program, and some have specific rules for religious organizations. We'll help you sort out what applies to you.
- Google Workspace Email, calendars, and shared drives for your staff, clergy, and vestry.
- Microsoft 365 Office apps, email, and Teams through Microsoft's nonprofit program.
- Google Ad Grants Up to $10,000 a month in Google search ads, so people looking for a church can find yours.
- Canva Design tools for bulletins, slides, social posts, and flyers.
- Website platforms and hosting Nonprofit pricing on website builders and hosting, so your site doesn't eat the budget.
How it usually goes
Listen
We start by talking with your clergy, staff, and lay leaders, and we take a hard look at your website, communications, and numbers.
Plan
You get a plan that fits your tradition, your size, and your budget. Nothing that only works for a megachurch.
Build
Then we roll up our sleeves. A new website, a welcome process, a stewardship campaign, whatever the plan calls for.
Hand off
We train your staff and volunteers and leave simple documentation behind, so it keeps going after we're done.
Our founder is a parish priest
Thom, our founder, is a priest serving in a parish. He knows what a Sunday morning, a vestry meeting, and a stewardship season actually look like from the inside. He also has a master's in theology and nearly 15 years of growth marketing at tech companies like Vercel and IBM.
We're not going to try to turn your church into a startup. We care about the same thing you do: people finding a community where they can grow in faith. Our job is to clear away whatever's getting in the way of that.
